Not the most famous deaths, or a certain death you remember. I am looking for the soap opera character that has “died” the most times then came back. ---

Not quite a Soap Opera, But I believe Mulder and Scully had died quite a bit, for mere mortals. ---

I stopped watching Supernatural at about the third time Dean Winchester died and came back, at the rate it was going he may hold the record… (And while the show was not officially a soap opera it was trending that way quickly, another reason I stopped watching) ---

You are likely correct. Between him and Doc Marlena, the obituary column alone probably keeps the local paper in the black. ---

I’d wager that _Days of Our Lives_ has more characters who have died (many multiple times) and come back to life than any other soap opera. It’s sort of a running joke on the show now. When a new character expresses surprise that this happens, another character will usually say “you’re not from around here, are you?”. ---

I’ve never watched it but the show is called Days of Our Lives, so multiple lives may be to be expected.
