I’m looking at picking up a new PC in a few months (like 2 months) and am trying to determine which version of XP to pick up for it… XP Home, XP Pro, or XP Media center. I am avoiding Vista for now. 4 gb of RAM should enable me to jump up to Vista, if I decide to do so in the future. So which version of XP is best for gaming purposes, I ask you, the Teeming Millions! ---

I don’t think it matters at all. XP is XP as far as gaming is concerned. The differences between the three versions all business or media stuff. Interesting. Cool. Will read more on that. I always thought that the different versions of XP were different for gaming purposes. Also, I think this thread should probably go in the game room. dang it.
