And then they would call a committee meeting to discuss it, and they’d call a deli and order a bunch of sandwiches and bagels and lox and stuff for the committee meeting (after arguing about which deli to order from), and have it delivered, and then argue over how much to tip the deliveryman, and by the time it was all done, they would have said, fuck it, let’s just let him out of the dumpster. ---
