YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY! My package has finally arrived … and what a box o’ loot from **MizTina**! We have … a patriotic dog leash and collar stained glass iris suncatcher plastic tupperware-like thing for holding salad and dressing 2 coffee mugs mailing labels an 8mm camcorder tape notecards with motion-trigger camera photos of wildlife funky wooden windmill relief carving 2 DVDs a vinyl and leather repair kit furniture protectors soft paws Tastefully Simple cheese ball mix gladiolus bulbs platinum blonde wig lace scarf small doily scarf with Christmas bells embroidered on it recorder, kazoo, playable spoons, shaker eggs, castanets. and a fish-shaped wood block/slit drum … and earplugs! 😃 Thank you so much! My boys are going to LOVE the instruments - we have music time fairly frequently around here, so they’re going to enjoy having more things to make noise with. Other than that, my favorite thing is the wig. It’s fabulous in its cheapness. ---

That wooden windmill thing is actually a cookie mold from the Netherlands. You are supposed to be able to butter it up and press a really stiff spice/ginger cookie mix into, then peel it off and bake it. I’ve never had the time, nerve or recipe to try it. I just hang the others in my kitchen for decoration. Glad you like the earplugs! 🙂 ---

Just when I thought it was safe to go to the mailbox. I got a nice box of stuff from someone from Grandville MI. A lot of Japanese childrens books. I have no Japanese children. An expresso cup shaped like a jack-o-lantern. (maybe it’s a candle holder but it has a tiny handle like an expresso cup. A fancy plate to hang on a wall. Some silly putty A PC game of Curling. and… A dvd box set of 10 classic monster movies! Including Giant Gila Monster and EEGAH! Thanks! ---

My second replacement elephant arrived! So much good stuff! Thanks, **Susie Derkins**! Half of it is already distributed, but I’ll try to go on memory: A Faberge Egg Christmas ornament book A Grateful Dead-ish skull and roses table mirror Several other small things that I don’t remember right now because they and all of the above have been kidnapped by **supervenusfreak** to adorn his cubicle at work. Two empty lighters A wheat penny A red-light keychain flashlight A small ceramic/composite box with pine tree and cone decorations A wheelbarrow garden pin Lots of vintage 80s comic books: Avengers, F4, Batman, GI Joe, Thundercats, Transformers, Silverhawks Starcraft and Starcraft:Brood War - I was ecstatic when I saw these. I’ve never played Starcraft, so I was eager to install these, but there was no disc in the Starcraft jewel case. ☹ However, Blizzard allows you to download games for which you have a CD Key, and the CD Key was on both jewel cases.
