A “yay!”, and an “I suck”. I got my white elephant…or rather, my clay elephant that you put gooey stuff on, and grow "hair’! Thank you FairyChatMom! In my box, I received the above stated Chia elephant. I had a chia head when I was little, and have considered getting a chia something to do with my kids for quite some time, but never have. Now I have no excuse. Shower curtain rings that match one of my bathrooms **exactly** , we’ll just forget the fact that it happens to be the downstair half bath! 😉 A little basket that also matches said bathroom, and will be very helpful in holding the various small articles of stuff my kids like to leave all over the counter. Two books that I have never read. I love books! 🙂 Two decks of Pinocle cards to go with the huge assortment of other card game decks that I found when cleaning for my box of goodies. Maybe someday I will learn to play. A FL sports team ornament. One of my kids is bound to like it. A tupperware type of dish, always good to have with little kids. Ghost poop(packing peanuts) - guaranteed to be spread about the house by the above mentioned kids within a very short amount of time. So, a good tool in keeping my parenting skills sharp, as far as making sure they clean up the mess. 😃 Oh, and, as for the “I suck” - I said I’d have my box out by tuesday, and it’s now friday, and it hasn’t gone anywhere. I’ve been dealing with a very sick baby all week, and have thought of it often, but have yet to make it to the post office. The antibiotics are finally kicking in, and he is getting better, and now I have a box to put the stuff in, so, it will get out next week - that is a promise. Thanks again FCM!! ~V ---

Glad it arrived, **V**! And glad it’s now your crap instead of mine! 😃 I’ll have you know that ornament is a gen-u-wine Jacksonville Jagwires commemorative piece of glass that my husband brought home - someone who was laid off at his last company left it behind. Neither of us cares in the least about the local team, so it was the perfect white effalump! The books came to me from my MIL, and who knows who’d given them to her. Keep 'em circulating, I say! The shower curtain rings had to go - we got a shower door. And, like I said in my note, the elephant was in my last elephant package. And you won’t hurt my feelings in the least if you send the stuff I sent you to your lucky recipient!!! Now, when will _my_ goodies arrive?? ---

You are very welcome **galen ubal** , you would have gotten more stuff but I made the mistake of packing the box with my kids around. My 15 year old insisted that I could only give you one Star Trek book, (as if we haven’t read them all at least two or three times). My other two kids _needed_ all the other little doodads I packed, so you were left with a small assortment of goodies. I hope you like my Dr. Who tape, I only gave it up because now that I have a dvd player on the upstairs TV, I know I’ll be too lazy to take it downstairs and watch it on the kids television.I also had a hard time coming up with stuff that wasn’t _girly_ **scout1222** I received your box of stuff last week. Thank you very much. I happened to be babysitting my friends 6 year old that day, and the squirt gun and popeye action figure were a godsend.I kept one of the books and the christmas figure, my kids confiscated everything else 🙂 ---

Melanie, you rock! We’d ordered pizza, and was waiting for it to arive when the doorbell rang. The mailman! (Sadly, I wanted the pizza more…) But he brought my elephant! Yay! I’mnot gonna relist everything here, mostly cuz I’m too lazy to type it all out, but some highlights: \*ball puzzle (snagged by my sister,who’s still swearing over it in the corner \*cassette tapes, including Madonna and Pauly Shore \*A big glass thermometer, which looks really cool \*homemade soap \*a book of those hidden eye images \*angel chimes \*tons of christmas stuff Sadly, one of the ceramic ducks, Joseph, and the glass swan didnt make the journey. Memorial services will be planned at a later time… Now all I have to do is ship off my box of junk to SanDiego. It’s ready to go, but after seeing all the treasures I got, I feel ungenerous. More will be added shortly. ---

Woo Hoo! I found a baby elephant-sized box on my porch today. Thanks **rocking chair**. I’d be here all day if I tried to list everything. The first thing I saw when I opened the box was a little rubber ducky. 🙂 Also included were: a pile of bookmarks _(that were immediately snatched out of my hand)._ A box of Godiva Hot Cocoa mix. 🙂 2 beautiful wine glasses A tin box with even more treasures inside. A pretty wicker basket with even, even more treasures inside. A bunch of Hello Kitty stuff Several pieces of costume jewelry A book Unfortunately, there were 2 casualties: A pretty christmasy mug and a soup mug. ☹ ---

I rencently got my elephant trunk, but I have been so thrown around lately, I haven’t had a chance to properly thank **dobbinaire**. Amongst the junk in my trunk was: A copy of American Rhapsody An Ann Rule book A John Wayne biography A book by Heinlein I’ve not read Some old cd games A Who Wants to Be a Millionaire mug so I can wake up to Regis’ smiling face every morning A Whattaburger mug (are they still in business???) A dinosaur and a Sydney Olympics echidna both from Australia (don’t tell **theloadeddog** ) A li’l baby dragon missing a wing (musta had a run in with Matthew McConaughey) And lots and lots of hotel travel size toiletries and coffees. Now when I’m in the shower I can play giant. “BAH! YOUR PUNY SOAP AND TINY SHAMPOO CAN’T CLEAN ME!! BRING ME MORE!! AND A RESEVOIR FULL OF WINE!!” Thanks, Dobbi! ---

When the mail man knocked on my door and handed me the package and I saw “dreamer” on the top, I got so excited!! And I still am!!! **Kat** YOU ROCK!!! I have to admit when I first opened the box and read “CAUTION: CONTENTS MAY BE TOXIC”, I was kinda hesitant to see what it was. But low and behold it was some Orange Candy in the shape of Peanuts! And Fat-Free to boot!! Then as I ventured deeper inside I came accross this purple thing which had a note taped to it. Now the first word I happened to see on that note was “deceased demon”, and that kinda, well, freaked me out :). But, I got up the nerve to pick it up and it was a purple mouse with a note that read “These are the remains of a deceased Demon Mouse. Please do not attempt to reanimate Demon mouse.” Now that Kat, is creative 😃 On to the rest of the box. I also found a nice coffee mug, a book titled “The Last Mountain Man”, some Thank You notes, a T-shirt that says “Stop Reading My Shirt”, a little sandal keychain, a little Astros baseball guy, “Shan-cat’s” expired license, and last but definately not least, a Pink teddy bear named “Pink” that smells like Strawberries and has a whole story about it’s life and friends “Orange and Purple”. I tell ya’, I am still smiling! Thank You **Kat**. You made my day! 🙂 ---
