In the first one, you maintain that Acosta hit and assaulted a woman. In the next quote you simply say “made physical contact” One seems like a crime, and one seems like incidental contact after the woman reached across him to grab the microphone. So, are you still maintaining that the video shows Acosta assaulting the woman? Or not? ---
