ETA: it doesn’t matter if it’s the Pope making the claim on one side and a murdering rapist on the other. If he has no proof, then it’s just an allegation that is just as valid or invalid as the other sides claims until evidence shows which claim is factual. Sure, it’s much more likely that the journalist is telling the truth on this one. But that likelihood is not evidence. ---

He could bring a friend with him, and have the friend photograph the police confiscating his camera, but I don’t see that ending well. ---

Cops need to learn that the proliferation of everyone having a camera means that Little Brother is watching _them_ and exercise some self-control. ---

You were saying that the photographer didn’t have any proof what was on the memory card of his camera. But the claim is that the police took something they shouldn’t have. So what proof could he have had that they wouldn’t also have taken away? ---

One to keep a covert watch on the other so document things like this without the cops realizing it until later. BTW, I’m from Montgomery Co and never had any problems with cops growing up. But I still have no problem believing the photographer. He just has the problem of no witnesses and no proof to back up his claims. Sucks for him.
