# White label apps?

Hi digital experts! I have a client in the building materials trade who wants to be able to give builders a phone app which can measure sound levels (dBs), to show their clients where sound insulation in their homes may improve their environment.

My client doesn’t have the budget to build a bespoke app, so I wondered if there were any off the shelf solutions he could buy and brand with his own company’s identity. Is such a thing possible? I know there are apps you can personalise to promote, eg an event or your own product range, but I can’t find anything like this which performs a specific task.

Or is it just a matter of approaching a company that has created such an app, and asking if we can buy it and brand it?
