Yes, Francis I. I wonder whether he chose it because he is a Jesuit and St. Francis Xavier was a Jesuit missionary. This is also the first Jesuit pope. ---

He’s 76. Another old guy? Didn’t they learn anything from what happened last time? Oh well. Maybe he’ll stay healthy for few years. The Pope is a world leader and it’s a high pressure job in the twitter, instant news age. They really needed to pick someone under 70 or maybe even 65. imho ---
