# White Spots on Fingernails

Just a correction. A memeber posted that white spots on fingernails could be due to zinc deficiency. That is simply not true. People with high levels of Zinc have white spots as much as people with Zinc deficiencies. This is a common misconception and is not supported by medical studies.
