**MrDibble,** If I am understanding correctly, is ONLY claiming that Black emoloyees are overrepresented at the bottom, and inferring racism ftom that. The point could be made without referring to whiteness by saying (made up numbers to keep them distinct from the real ones): 75% of black employees work at the bottom tier, where they make up 50% of the workforce; 10% work at the top tier where they make up 25% of the workforce. Otherwise, wouldn’t you expect a larger proportion of any group to work in the lower-level positions? It’s hard to interpret the disparity without a control. ---
