Huge families? People who make lots of homemade desserts? I might have thought heavy coffee drinkers but most people I know who drink coffee prefer powdered creamer or maybe half-n-half. Interesting. I’m doing low carb and will keep this in mind. I’ve bought half gallons of cream at Costco for family functions when they request I bring home made Ice cream. I’ll also buy it when I’m making a rich white/alfredo sauce for pasta. ---

I also buy the half gallons at Costco to make pomegranate, raspberry, and vanilla ice creams during the summer. Mmmm…pomegranate-vanilla swirl ice cream. ---

I usually get either Elevation by Millville at my local Aldi, or if I want some variety the pricier but very good Dymatize brand. ---

Isn’t the simplest explanation that given keto diets are trendy you’re far from the only person who is using it this way?
