# Who collects the trash in Galt's Gulch?

I vote that it was Peter Keating who was the poor shmuck assigned to trash duty in Galt’s Gulch, in a joint venture with Hank Reardon who pocketed most of the profits and supervised Keating from his cushy skyrise office when he wasn’t off cliff diving.
