Who do I contact concerning the very annoying and potentially TOS violating cross subject harassment which goes beyond the level of a general disagreement and borders on persecution? ---

Email **TubaDiva**. This has probably come to attention of the mods and/ or admins already. My guess is that if they require time to decide who you are, they will ask for people to draw breath. They may have doubts, some people with normally good judgement seem to have. For what it’s worth, I would advise you to draw breath and lurk for now and - assuming you are not our friendly “researcher” - wait for the apologies to roll in. picmr ---

Tuba, Let me play the Devils Advocate here. I would say that, being a mod, you need to have some evidence BEFORE posting such an accusation. Am I right? What say you? Bear in mind, I’m hardly a fan of Prismo, or whichever Serlin reincarnate comes along. It just seems to me that YOU couldn’t make that statement unsubstantiated. Hey, **Coldie** , she didn’t make any accusations. She did say that there’s some evidence, and merely asked for a formal confirmation or denial. Right now I’m offering 1.5:1 that he doesn’t show, 2:1 that he denies being Serlin, and 30:1 that he admits to being Serlin. That’s not making any judgement on whether or not he is, of course. I don’t know and don’t care, personally. ---

I’m thinking it over. This is just a message board anyhow, one of about 10,000 such places. It’s no skin off of my ass to abandon it. It was here before I arrived and will be here when I go. I’ve avoided hassles along the board and would like to point out to **TubaDiva** that I did not start this mess, nor encourage it (re: the initial I’m outing you Prism thread). I made no posts of any inflamitory nature – though one turned into it because of other posters. I have around 100+ benign posts floating around. Many of the similarities I am being accused of are too general to take seriously. (One accuses me of being like MS because in one post I PRINTED A WORD IN CAPITOL LETTERS - though I recall MS like to do that with many words.) I was having some fun in my lengthy post, hurting no one, and was attacked across the boards. From the view count, apparently others enjoyed my writings also. I suppose some of the board posters dislike it when others draw more attention. I am also somewhat surprised that the moderators allow this attack on me, especially since I have not been provoking anyone. After I go, who will be the next to be attacked? (I seem to recall that a MarkXXX was considered to be MS before I arrived.) So, I’m thinking it over. This is virtually a no win situation because no matter what I say in my own defense will be ignored. The board is fun, but not that much fun that I need to put up with harassment just to tell some tales. ---

Damn. I didn’t even place odds that you’d not answer at all, **prism**. Sorry. **Prism** , it’s not the mods’ or administrators’ jobs to police for people not being nice to other people, especially in the Pit. Have you written to **Tubadiva** to complain of the abuse? And offered proof that the abuse is unwarranted? That’s what she’s asking for here. Nothing major, she just wants an honest answer–are you or are you not Mark Serlin, _et al._? If you are unwilling or unable to demonstrate that you are not, you really shouldn’t be complaining about it. JIMO. ---

Well, Esprix, that’s a bit of a stretch IMO- if people started saying, “Hey, your posts sound a lot like Mr. Wing-Wang, that horrible troll!” then **I** ’d definitely go find out exactly what Mr. Wing-Wang sounded like in order to try and make some sense of the issue. Ergo, being familiar with MS’ posting style doesn’t really prove anything. However, Drain has done an amazing job pointing out the similarities between **the life experiences and anecdotes** of MS and PRISM; given that the first time MS screwed up with a false name was because both screen names related the _exact_ same anecdote in a thread (this was Nitwatch2, for those who might remember), the modus operandi seems apropos. MS signs up under different names, but always ends up telling the same story; and I think mucho kudos belong to Drain Bead for having connected the dots. Just trying to make sure that PRISM doesn’t redefine the evidence against him as the easily explainable things, and thus ignore many of the damning strokes (like girls to poof their hair, PRISM? Jeez, man, might as well paint “Serlin” on your forehead). ---
