CBC National News presenting meteorologist [Claire Martin](http://www.cbc.ca/programguide/personality/claire_martin). Many might look at this picture and say WTF? but she has this adorable accent and is so darned perky! ā€œMartin holds a Bachelor of Science, specializing in Meteorology, from the University of Alberta.
