I just got off work. Also I’m like popeye except instead of spinach I have old crow whiskey that I dump into my system to give me superpowers. I wish my system could tolerate MJ. I really do. Its so much better than alcohol. But panic attacks ruin it. Damn my luck. ---

Got 1.5 liters of rum, 0.5 of Mount Gay and a full liter of Appleton, to go. Well stocked with mixers. Six drunks in and ready for more. Feeling no pain now. Might stay this way the rest of the week. ---

I have an endless and stupid Johnnie Walker anecdote. Remind me not to tell it. At this point, my former pastor is ahead for state rep. 1. All politics is local. 2. Maureen gets him out of the house. He’s been at loose ends, and planned his retirement around his filing date. Just hope our next is as [del]Wobbly[/del] [del]pinko[/del] ELCA as he. My suggestion prefers her job at the Park Ridge Vatican. They prefer I don’t call it that, but Norskies have no sense of humor, and I’m only an eighth. 😉 ---

Well, right now I’m doing fine and feeling swell between the bubbly from the results party for the candidate I personally worked for winning, the sangria from the staff afterparty and the quite fine generous-pour cubalibre I just made myself upon getting home. This way I can be absolutely sure that no matter what I will feel sick and miserable when I fall off the bed in mid-morning. I don’t have a presidential vote in the General (I do in the primary) but I do get a congressional delegate and my locals and that’s justification enough. Plus of course we are handcuffed to the USA so if you go down, _ **WE** _ go down so there’s that… ---
