# Who exactly is permitted to get treatment at Walter Reed Hospital?

I don’t think this is a hijack, but is Walter Reed (and what used to be Bethesda Naval Hospital) any different in practice than say… Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, or David Grant USAF Medical Center near Sacramento?

I don’t think so, they are all ‘MTFs’ - Medical Treatment Facilities.
