# Who has used a career coach and were you satisfied with the results?

I’m pretty stuck in my so-called “career.” I’m an administrative assistant, 44 years old, bilingual in Spanish, and there is no room for advancement in my University/Healthcare/Research organization. I was wondering who on the Dope has used a career coach and if you would recommend them to others. Feel free to PM me if you prefer. Thanks!
