I stumbled into a bar once when a bachlorette party was going on. The bride-to-be had Lifesavers stuck to her shirt, over her nippes. She thrust her bosom at me and asked, “Suck for a buck?” I was all set to do it until I realized that _she_ wanted the dollar from _me_. C’mon! I’m the one doing the work! I should get the dollar! I politely declined. ---

I still like to think that she wanted to switch grooms at the end and she was hot. Lifesaver currency can be a beautiful thing. ---

Back when I was a gorgeous, 20-something bronzed Adonis, after some mind-bending sex, I once had a much-older woman offer to do my laundry and give me $50.00; ostensibly because “…guys your age always need a few bucks for something or other.” ---

A guy gave me 40 bucks one time. Money exchanging hands hadn’t been part of the discussion before it happened. Another time a guy asked how much I would want for sex and was all set to start withdrawing funds. I turned him down. ---
