Well, it’s nothing official, but feel free. This Cloggie doesn’t mind. 
It’s pretty popular throughout the whole of Europe, from my experience. Every country seems to have its indigenous rap artists. Some are good (the Brits and the French seem to have the hang of the genre, with their own particular twists) and some are downright obnoxous (Polish and Hungarian rap is pretty terrible. The Germans, who’d you expect to do well given the electronic basis of the genre and their percussive language, have little good rap that I’ve heard.)
