To make matters more confusing, Fergie (aka Stacy Ferguson) released a solo album titled _The Dutchess_. Yes, apparently that spelling was intentional. ---

Ahhhhhh, I was wondering where all the “who is sexier than who” or the “who is a bigger slut” threads on the SDMB. Why don’t we have more of these? As for me, neither. Their bodies don’t do it for me and neither do their personalities from what I have seen of them. Also, I think all publicized photos are have been through a photoshopping session in some way. Beyonce is smoking hot, and carries herself much better than Fergie. Also I hate Beyonce’s music slightly less than I hate Fergie’s. ---

Never having heard of Fergie (I’m a little behind the power curve) I don’t know how they two could even compare. Beyonce is very pretty, not as hot as Halle Berry of course, but sexy curvy and hot. This other babe looks like she’s been rode hard and put away wet. Is she trying for that “nasty girl” image or is that natural? ---

To the people saying Fergie looks “hard”. I think part of it is the age difference. Beyonce is only 25 and Fergie will be 32 in March. While that isn’t a huge difference 25 is still very young. ---

Fergie is a bit older than she claims. My co-worker went to high school with her in Hacienda Heights and claims she’s really 34. Not a huge difference than what she’s claiming but she’s scamming. ---

The linked photo is actually one of the better ones I’ve seen—in others, she looks like a woman’s body grafted to the head of a Shar-Pei. Factoring that, the on-stage incontinence (the first thing I ever heard about her), and the fact that she contributed to at least two pop songs so vile that she and everyone else involved in their production deserve to be pítilessly slaughtered on principle, I must regretfully disqualify Fergie from the competition. Beyoncé wins by default. (But if you’re reading this, don’t get too cocky.) ---
