Your source material has already been identified and linked. While this is the forum where we tolerate, (not encourage), witnessing, we still expect posters to write their own material rather than simply copying text from other sites, possibly in violation of copyright.

If you would like to try this again, in your own words, you may do so, (although I do not encourage that choice).
