There was a thread a time back about how everyone in history was racist, sexist, or otherwise deplorable and it was unfair to classify them according to our standards. But William Blake is the one exception. By all accounts, he’d still be relatively progressive even in the modern day. Even disregarding his art and poetry, that’s no mean feat. ---
