# Who is that wacko in the White House?

I often watch the daily White House press briefing on CNN, but I don’t usually pay very close attention. There is an older male journalist who reads his “question” from a large white clipboard while standing up (all of the other journalists are seated). His “question” usually consists of reading a fairly lengthy quote from some source and then he states a brief, often incomprehensible comment / question. I almost never get the point of his question, and he often elicits laughter from Ari and the other journalists (laughing at him, not with him).
So who is this wacko and which media outlet does he represent? What’s his _point_?
