Really? I find David Spade highly amusing. I can see how his schtick isn’t for everyone, but I think it’s something that he’s putting on, not poor acting.
For me, it’s Nick Cage. Ugh. No charm, can’t act his way out of a paper bag (and he’s about as bland as one), and not attractive at all.

None of his dramatic work stands out to me as being particularly stellar, but he was a perfect clown in 3rd Rock from the Sun. That role was more challenging than it looked, employing an exaggerated style of physical and often surreal comedy rarely seen in American television and movies.

I think he’s nothing like Bill Murray. He’s more like Keanu with a bit more skill. I liked Swingers. But every movie since is basically the same, or at least he plays the same character. You always expect Keanu to say Duuude in every movie. Can anyone watch a VV movie and not expect him to say “money.”
Bill Murray…Different league.
Here’s the part where I was going to list the movies Bill Murray has done that are extremely dissimlar. It didn’t work out. Caddyshack, Ghostbusters, Groundhog Day, What About Bob. Okay, so he’s no Sean Penn, but he’s still a better actor then VV or Keanu.
