Cecil is definitely only one person. We staffers are occasionally asked for help with articles, but we’re credited when so. Any article where he doesn’t mention getting help from staffers, it’s all him. “Cecil Adams” is almost certainly a pseudonym, but I fail to see any particular significance to that. ---
