**Lobsang** , it appears to me that you were “whooshed” by (you missed the intent of) **kambuckta’s** post. Of course, I could be wrong. It’s happened lots o times before.
Does it seem odd to you that right after saying what a bad idea this was, **kambuckta** jumped right in and played along?

Nope. Sorry to disappoint you **Lobsang** but I DO think the concept of this thread is bound to end up being troublesome. You weren’t whooshed, as such. IMHO, the OP of this thread sucks seriously.
Anyway, back to business, I’m opening a ‘book’ on when **Ryan\_Liam** is gonna turn up.

I think the percentage would vary quite a bit if you looked at active posters who’ve been to Dopefests, as opposed to the registered members as a whole.

And just a reminder that this is an INTERNATIONAL board. I’ve checked out the talent at G’DopeFests (here in Aus) but alas, there isn’t any. We’re all bog-ugly down here. 😃

**Lobsang** , I’ve gotta agree: this thread is one heck of a bad idea. In short, it reeks. I’m with **kambuckta** – this kind of thing only serves to get people into either ego-inflated or absolutely outraged and hurt frames of mind.
You may have thought it a good thread idea at the time – and I admire your “go for it” attitude in starting up threads here when an idea strikes you. But, sincerely – this is a dog of a thing, man.
Oh, and I wouldn’t be in th’ running, either. Non-beautiful old cow of an EnZedder talkin’.

**Lobsang** , get real with yourself for a minute here! Just because a few of us have said, with varying degrees of vehemence, that this wasn’t th’ best and brightest idea for a thread – doesn’t mean you should take _anything_ as a personal slight. And especially not to feed those self-doubt demons of yours.
Send the mods an email. Use th’ “Report post to mod” function. It might take a while, be patient. I’ve gone and started threads (in th’ Pit, no less!) which in my right mind I would have run off shrieking into th’ woods before startin’ up – but I got over it. 'Cause nothing was a personal shot at me.
Ease up on yourself, okay?

**Ice Wolf** - the point is not that people have said this is a stiupd thread. **I can cope with that**. It’s the _way_ they do it. You did it with tact and friendliness. **kambuckta** has done it by calling me various below the belt names.
It is hard not to take such namecalling as personal slights.
