With pre-season underway I’d like to know who is the most hated football player currently in the leauge. I don’t know who the most hated player in the NFL is, but I can tell you that the best looking player is Jeremy Shockey, tight end for the New York Giants. He certainly does have a “tight end” and his blond hair and blue eyes don’t hurt either. Just thought I’d share. ---

I vote for Neil O’Donnell (I wish I could tell you how hard it was to type that, around my house he is known as He Whose Name Shall Never Be Spoken In My Presence). I’ve hated that little bastard ever since he quite blatantly threw the Super Bowl in 1996, causing my beloved Steelers to lose in a game that they should have won running away. Incidentally, if you want me to make my case, I will. Right now I wouldn’t want to bore you with the details. ---

**unwashed brain,** I am obviously not a Ray Lewis fan. But your opinion is based on inaccurate information. If you’re going to hate Ray Lewis, hate him for the right reasons. I refer you to **Weirddave** for a proper re-education. I have to agree with Romo as the choice as well. The players are supposed to be in it together; he goes beyond the bounds of football to cause injury to other players with his “dirty” tactics. Conrad Dobler used to bite defensive linemen. Jack Tatum loved to clothesline unwary receivers. **Airman,** was it willful misconduct or gross stupidity? I had the opinion that it was the latter, but did you hear something I didn’t? ---

Bill Romanowski. Hands down. Sure, Randy Moss is a spoiled shit, but at least he isn’t a steroid-pumping, cheap shot artist like Romo. God, I hate that man. And I want to hear **Airman’s** case against O’Donnell. ---

Conrad Dobler always claimed the only defensive lineman that he bit had rather stupidly put their fingers inside his facemask. If that is the case, I think he had a pretty good point. Now his leg-whipping was another matter altogether. ---
