I tried that once on a physics test question I messed up on.
The prof wasn’t buying it.
My thought would be that some races can do some stuff better than the Q, but no one can do as many things as the Q can.
There was a trilogy of novels about Q’s back story that placed a lot of the Star Trek god-like entities into a hierarchy. A sort of continuum, if you will.
