Thanks for the explanation. It makes for some weird threads like [this](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/abraham-lincoln-was-gay/2907) one, where he argues against himself about whether Lincoln was gay. Classic sock behavior, mods should keep an eye on that.

Also, looking back at some of these old threads you find stuff you don’t remember(or didn’t know) like **Sam Stone** used to have a different user name.
