Well, it’s been five years, but my offer still stands to Gene Wilder. ---

> [@jennielucas](#): > > Sam Waterston :o Someone’s been binge watching _Law and Order_🙂 Off the top of my head I’m gonna say [Sean Pertwee](http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0675730/?ref_=tt_cl_t4) who plays Alfred on _Gotham_. He’s not actually old, 53 actually, but I think he’s meant to be older on the show. He makes me want to slide down the bat pole. ---

Is Pola Negri still alive? Because she was always my cup of tea. ---

I have posted this before, and I stand by it, eleven years later: [QUOTE=BrotherCadfael] [Tyne Daly](http://us.imdb.com/name/nm0002033/). I remember her back in the early 70s in one of the Dirty Harry movies, playing a strong, intelligent woman in her thirties, with a shy smile that was an absolute killer. I was in my teens, but looked at her and saw a damned attractive woman. Later on, I saw her in Cagney and Lacey, playing a strong, intelligent woman in her forties, with a shy smile that’s an absolute killer. Still damned nice. Now, I see her playing Maxine in Judging Amy, as a strong, intelligent woman in her sixties. She is now somewhat grandmotherly, with grey hair in a bun and carrying more than a few extra pounds, but she still has that shy smile that’s an absolute killer, and I was surprised to discover that she is still damned attractive to this mid-forties guy. I recall one episode where she needed to convince some bureaucrat to do something, and when asked how she was going to do it, replied, flashing that great smile: “I’m going to flirt with him, of course!”, and then proceeded to do so. Great woman, great actress. [/QUOTE] ---

[If these](http://www.contactmusic.com/pics/la/tv_land_awards_4_090608/kathy_garver_1910251.jpg) [recent](http://stocktoncon.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/Kathy-Garver-head-shot.jpg) [pics](http://media.gettyimages.com/photos/kathy-garver-attends-the-chiller-theatre-expo-at-sheraton-parsippany-picture-id185992501) are any indication, I’d totally give 70 year old Kathy Garver (aka Cissy from “Family Affair”) a tumble. She does seem, shall we say, more developed that she was back in the sixties? ---
