Hard to pick a smartest, but among the people who seem consistently smart are **Sentient Meat** , **CalMeacham** , and **Johanna**. **Blake** gets a nod, though I wouldn’t want to be caught in a dark alley making an unsupported assertion to him. ---

I’m trying to not just vote for posters I like to read the most. I gotta’ put in a good word for **Der Trihs** ; superior intellect and gentle demeanor. \*\*Lissa \*\* for the same reason. \*\*tomndebb \*\* appears to be very well educated and, unlike most well-educated people, knows how to use the knowledge as a tool rather than a club. **Polycarp** , also well-educated, masterful with logic, and deep background in religion (really important on some of these threads.) \*\*Frank \*\* – razor sharp reasoning, cuts straight to the heart of the matter. I’m leaving someone out, can’t think of him/her right now. ---
