I don’t think he’s a cast member; he’s too far in the background. He’s also wearing some kind of badge, so he’s likely a con official or security officer (I’m assuming this was taken at a _ **Star Trek** _ convention). ---

I think the guy in the background is the guy that Photoshopped everyone else into the picture. There’s artifacts all over that thing - hell, take a look at Marina Sirtis’ two feet long arm. ---

Also the guy in the back is Shatners’ ego. ---
