Mods: why did this thread get moved: [The ‘‘Colbert’’ Room on the International Space Station](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=511442) If I’d wanted to put it into Cafe Society and discuss the Colbert Show, I would have. Even though Colbert is part of the story, the real story is about a room on the ISS that NASA is going to name. Actually, under the current policies, quetions about board administration belong in [About This Message Board](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/forumdisplay.php?f=2). I do not know who moved your original thread or why it was moved, but I will accept full blame for moving this one–which might get the attention of more Mods, one of whom might answer your question, allowing you to request it be moved back. ---

The article in the OP you linked to is titled, “Oops: Colbert wins NASA space station name contest.” The section of the article you quoted was regarding the name “Colbert” winning the contest. Thanks, didn’t realize that had changed. When I saw this one moved I thought it was some sort of cruel joke to play tricks with my mind. ---

I moved the thread because I figured it was appropriate for both forums, and with the redirect, people in Cafe Society and MPSIMS would both see it. ETA: Since you say your preferred topic was the naming of the module, I moved the thread back to MPSIMS. ---
