I’ve tried searching all over the Internet, but I just can’t find the answer, so now I turn to you guys. Who sings that song in Ice Age and Matilda? You know know, the one that goes “Ohm a way, Ohm a way,” or something like that. And what’s it called?

I’m not sure, but checking the IMDb the only song I find in common between the two is “Send Me On My Way”  
Written by Michael Glabicki, Liz Berlin, John Buynak, James Dispirito,  
James Donovan, Patrick Norman & Jenn Wertz and performed by Rusted Roots
