# Who the hell is Phish, and why are they following me? (Dr. J is going on tour!)

Yep, I’m spending next week among the neo-hippies.

Four nights at Deer Creek, beginning with the Bob Dylan/Phil Lesh show, followed by three nights of the nerdy excess of Phish. Then, after a day off, we make the trek to Columbus for the last two shows of the Phish tour.

Deer Creek is a real experience. It’s in the middle of freakin’ nowhere–nothing around for miles but farms. All the farmers around open up their farms for camping (at a nominal fee), complete with showers, porta-potties, and live music.

When I return–and when the contact high wears off–you can expect a full report.
