I’m glad you mentioned it goes well with a ginger flavor salade. I’d like to add that it tastes good with ginger in general. Since **Crackhead** brought up Gordon Ramsay in his op I’m hoping he won’t mind my indulging my curiosity with a slight hijack. Granted that GR is Scottish and is channeling a different masculine vibe than Flay (who almost seems like a sissy by comparison). But what is the deal with this guy? There is less profanity in the average Quentin Tarantino movie than in Ramsay’s typical criticisms of restaurant owners and chefs. Apparently cooking in and owning a restaurant are primarily about getting in touch with one’s “bollocks.” When did this become the equivalent of WWF?
