I don’t wish anyone to leave this place even for those who have treated me unkindly or unfairly. I think there is a discussion on nihilism going on somewhere around here. I remember telling to myself that I don’t matter several years ago. The words sounded too harsh at first, but then I repeated them a couple of times and enjoyed the way my inflated ego got purged from my body because I suddenly and unexpectedly felt somehow healed although I had never felt ailing before. Maybe it was a psychological experiment or maybe it was an epiphany, like a religious experience or something. I don’t know. What I know, for instance, is that nobody cares whether _I_ leave or continue to post here. Including myself. ---

I use principles of [existentialist therapy](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Existential_therapy) in my practice every day. The most beautiful and freeing idea I ever got my head around was “I deserve nothing and I am going to die.” I do have to be careful how I present that to someone with suicidality, mind. ---

Well I remember seeing some of your posts and I’m a fucking moron, so either there are a lot of disingenuous vipers posting in this thread or maybe I’m on the upper end of the intelligence spectrum on this board (the best money is on the viper option). Stay or go? It’s your call, but if you feel unwelcome why would you want to keep posting? The Pit brings out the worst in people, so maybe stay out of _here_ most of the time, and expect the worst when you wander in. ---
