If they can manage to get rid of that annoying sound of the ball or at least change the sound, I woudln’t mind it. But the signature ping-pong sound is a deal-breaker for me. ---

I’m willing to give it a shot. I’m not a table tennis aficionado, but I do watch my fair share of YouTube videos on it; I played it as a kid; I love the sound; I’m amazed by the reaction times and athleticism of the elite athletes. Sure. ---

I really don’t like the dismissive attitude against that particular sport, calling it ping pong instead of table tennis in the first place. I know that it’s not a popular sport in America, but it’s the fastest ball sport in existence and requires incredible athleticism and most of all, reflexes. I’m only an average hobby player, but what the pros are able to do is astounding, some of the most impressive feats I’ve seen in sports have been done by table tennis players. ---
