If Galactus is God’s father, then is Silver Surfer really God? * * * Is anything truly artificial? Man was produced by nature, so the things man makes are just as natural as nature making man. Because men are different from other organisms and we can harm other organisms by accident we think of ourselves as different from them and we beleive the things we make are artificial while the things say, a colony of ants, or a volconoe produces are natural. Everything man does is natural and everything that happens to the enviornment because of man is natural as well. Man cannot destroy the world, nothing can. No matter how badly you poison the earth with radiation and pollution it is all natural, and life will go on. All men think of nuclear winter as the end of the earth, but nothin could be farther from the truth. Millions of years ago when plants began emitting oxygen it acted as a poison to all organisms aroun it, but things learned to sue this poison oxygen as a source of energy, things like man. So you see even if man “destroys the world” it only means that all humans will die and different kinds of life will thrive. ---
