On this week’s Everybody Loves Raymond, Raymond’s brother proposed to his girlfriend. Who was the actress that played the girlfriend’s mother? She seemed awfully familiar, possibly a regular on a sitcom in the 70’s. Maybe Ted Baxter’s girlfriend on the MTM show??? Anybody know who she was or what role she played years ago?

Yes, she was Ted Baxter’s GF/wife(?) on MTM. Can’t think of her name though.

Monica Horan played/plays Amy McDougal, Robert’s girlfriend, throughout the (Raymond) series.

Georgia Engels played Georgette and Shirley Burleigh.
