# Who was the black woman who was a regular on SNL who died of cancer?

I seem to recall that one of the lesser-known regulars of SNL died of cancer. I just recall she was a black woman. Looking at the huge cast member list on IMDB didn’t help; the name didn’t jump out at me. (It wasn’t Ellen Cleghorne)

Danitra Vance, who was in 1985/86 season.

Born 1954, died 1994 of breast cancer.
