Picking Haley might have gotten Trump an extra 1-2% of vote. I don’t see how Vance adds anything. ---

Trump has made no effort to get more voters, and while the MAGAs are certainly energized (and entertaining), there aren’t enough of them to win. He needs more voters in his column. Meanwhile, the Democrats have the numbers but seem to be fumbling on determining how to get their superior numbers to actually cast votes. ---

Its a smart move, Trump was always smarter. (godfather reference) Will impact the states behind the supposed “blue wall” that collapsed for Hillary. Upper Mid-West states of Michigan, Wisconsin, probably Illinois outside of Chicago. There couldn’t be a choice that would impact the vote on the West Coast or the upper New East so there was no need to go after those votes, the South will be locked in. Again, if you can take your blinders off, this was a smart choice. ---

Right, everyone who disagrees with you has “blinders” on. Pence _was_ a smart choice in 2016. He brought in the evangelicals, for one thing. More importantly, he was a nicer, more moderate guy than Trump, and if a super-nice milquetoast candyass mutherfucker like Pence can tolerate Trump, then _can’t we all_??? Vance, in contrast, is a viper in viper’s skin. Nothing hidden. Fake, noxious, _ob_noxious, grifting (like his god), malevolent, and evil. There will be _no_ Pence effect. It’s a big deal. This is a huge gift to the Dems–thank you! ---
