I would say that the National Basketball Association’s championship contention window is closing for a few and it is because of salary caps, parity, etc. NBA polarizing player LeBron James is going to be 35 in December. He teamed with Anthony Davis with the L.A. Lakers. Quiet, unassuming Kawhi Leonard teamed up with Paul George to leave the Thunder to join the Lakers’ rival, the L.A. Clippers. They are the favorites to represent the 2019-20 Western Conference. Who wins a title first—before 2023?
