# WHO would actually evict Trump from the White House?

That’s one of the tools in his kit. Another is to order the arrests just before Election Day, say on Hallowe’en, a real fucking October Surprise with chocolate topping. If he can’t wait that long, issue Emergency and Martial Law decrees when COVID peaks in a few weeks. Round up and quarantine all dissidents for their own safety. There are other tools (Constitutional and perhaps otherwise) as well for a sufficiently unethical party to steal a Presidential election.

One tool is the rule that _State Legislatures_, not the actual voters, have the power to choose the electors. A partisan Republican Legislature in any state could, in theory, totally disregard the voters (and the Governor) and appoint their own slate of electors.

There are other tools too for stealing an election. Allegedly, Republicans have been discussing and planning for this ever since 2016.
