# Who wrote "Man wrecks planet" column really?

I cannot believe my Uncle Cecil would ever quote as fact something that idiot Kofi Annan said. So who really wrote that column?

Sorry to disillustion you, but Cecil wrote it, as he writes all the columns. Staff sometimes help with research or make suggestions, and Ed Zotti often does some pretty heavy editing and fact-checking, but Cecil writes 'em. And Cecil never makes mistakes.

Can you tell us why you think the quoted material is inaccurate? Do you have cites to back up your claim? Name calling is not a valid or useful criticism.
