Greetings, people of the SDMB! According to the little blurb under my user name, I last visited on 4-22-06. If I remember correctly, this was when my paid subscription ran out and I could no longer afford my membership. Tonight, on a whim, I plugged in my info and found that I had all the access I ever had, harkening back to when the forums were free. So, um…are they free again then? When did this happen? Does anybody remember me? Who is still around? Is anyone still burning they dog? Are blimps still horrifying? ---

My brother is doing well. I just shipped 8 of the nine out to stay with him while I work on a deal with Howard Schultz. I sent the oldest down south to get some up-close trailer park footage. I _was_ still talking to Maarten, until I found out what he’d been doing with the ferrets every time I asked him to pet-sit. Never thought I’d see that on a nanny cam!! Though I hear nobody can talk to him anymore. Apparently, he thinks he’s a glass of orange juice. ☹ ---
