# Whole chicken in a can? What is this thing?

Ghee is stored on grocery store shelves, in glass jars. I’m pretty sure it does need to be refrigerated after it’s opened; it’s clarified butter and keeps much better than regular butter.

Chicken in a can should not be confused with [can in a chicken](http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/beer-can-chicken-recipe).

Just seems we should have a \_\_\_\_ in a can master thread. I for one am not surprised when I see anything in a can these days.
