The Justice with the least seniority is basically the Court’s gopher. (coulda used harsher term)

Well, he or she has to answer the door when the justices are meeting alone. Otherwise, not so much.

**EH** -Thought it went further than that, ignorance fought. (BTW, the other word I had in mind was the “b” word. Didn’t use it because IIRC, the distinction is currently held by Kagan)

Yeah, somehow you changed the link.

I suspect rounding error. If three or four of the categories had less than .5 on their percentages, when rounded all values would go down and the extra bits would go missing. Ergo the missing 1%.
