**I’M** going to Mexico! That’s right, I just got my confirmation details in the mail! I’ll be working at an orphanage with girls aged 5-15 in Guadalajara for two months this May. I tried to contain myself but I can’t I just have to **DANCE AND SHOUT!!!** This is going to be _so_ awesome. Thanks everyone who encouraged me to do it! I am on top of the world and out of my mind with excitement right now! Who knows? I might come back actually knowing how to speak the language I’ve been studying for 9 years!!! _frolicks away_ ---

How Awesome!!! Good on you to work with the kids in the Orphanage. The world needs more people like you. We are going in March but it is strictly for pleasure. Have fun and if you can give hugs to all the kids from badkittypriestess. Spot on Olives! 😃 ---

For the first year in four, we are NOT going to Mexico for vacation! Damn, damn. But good for you…enjoy and nice to see someone doing some good in the world. ---

Hey, I just found out that I’m going to Mexico, too. I will be joining an archaeological project to illustrate whatever they dig up in Oaxaca. It will be my first time out of the country. How did you find out about the orphanage position? ---

That is so freakin’ cool! I wanted to apply for an ESL Program in Oaxaca but they were shut down owing to the… you know, craziness with the teacher’s strikes and people dying and so forth. I think I’m happier with this position, though. I’ll be doing ESL but also direct care and group therapy stuff, so a more balanced experience. > [@](#): > > Smuggle some children back. Smuggle…smuggle! They do windows. They’re also very nice collectibles. Very stackable. Very porable. Smell funny, though, but that’s all kids.
